Frequently asked questions (FAQ) when joining the veg box scheme
- Can you opt out of stuff I don't like?
- If you know that nobody in your family is ever going to be persuaded to eat celery for instance, you can request something different instead.
- What's our policy on quality?
- All boxes are fully reviewed before delivery. If exceptionally, some items would be in unacceptable condition, we would replace them. In any case, you're encouraged to give us feedback about the boxes and your satifaction with the service.
- Can I get a sample box to try?
- Yes, you can request a one-off delivery, to test the quality and the concept of a veg box.
- What's the delivery frequency?
- We deliver regularly on a weekly basis. If you wanted to opt for a biweekly delivery, this is also possible.
- Notice period for changes
- If you're going on holiday, or if for some reason you want to skip a delivery, you would have to give us notice by the Thursday evening before the delivery date.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is due on delivery of your order or by arrangement. You can pay by cash or cheque.
- Can I drop the scheme?
- We do value our customers but if for some reason you wanted to drop the scheme, you could do so at any time with one week's notice.
